Exercise in brief:

1) Pray – give God this time you have set aside for him.
2) Sit still and comfortably for ten minutes.
3) Focus your mind on what you both see and hear.
4) Relax.     OR
     2) Take a walk outside for ten minutes.
     3) Focus your mind on what you see and hear around you.
     4) Stop walking whenever your mind becomes busy and refocus.
5) Close the exercise with a prayer of thanks.
