UK Retreat Centres
Retreat centres almost always 
warmly welcome people of any Christian denomination. Many also welcome people who would not call themselves Christians, but who still want to take some time out to reflect on their lives and their own personal journey. My own experience of being on retreat is that I have been given lots of time, space and quietness to explore my own relationship with God, without any pressure to conform to anyone else’s way of thinking. They have proven to be very worthwhile. That said, I have not been to more than a few of the places listed on my website so I cannot make any recommendations, nor do I guarantee the accuracy of the information displayed on the retreat websites. There may be a few other similar venues can be found on the Retreats Association web site. Another web site about quiet places to go and pray in called Small Pilgrim Places.
